TypeSheet is a free, real-time collaborative document editor. Anyone with a room link can view and edit the document in that room. No account or registration is required.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use TypeSheet to:
- Upload, share, or create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Exploit the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access at our discretion.
4. Content and Data
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using TypeSheet. However, since rooms are accessible by anyone with the link, you are responsible for sharing room links only with trusted parties.
No Privacy Guarantee: Documents are not encrypted end-to-end. Do not store sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in TypeSheet documents.
Data Retention: Documents are automatically deleted after 10 days of inactivity. We do not guarantee data persistence or availability.
5. Service Availability
TypeSheet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TypeSheet and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
7. Intellectual Property
The TypeSheet name, logo, and application code are the property of TypeSheet. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

TypeSheet may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies and tracking technologies subject to their own privacy policies.
